These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of moreroengineering.com and related communications with Morero Engineering LLC ("we," "us," or "our").
We provide engineering consulting, design, prototyping, automation, troubleshooting, and related services. Project scope, pricing, and deliverables are defined in a written quote or agreement for each engagement.
Website content, pricing ranges, and examples are informational and do not create a binding contract until both parties agree to a specific quote or statement of work.
Quotes are based on the information you provide. Changes in scope may require a revised quote. Payment terms are stated in your project agreement. Work may pause if invoices are overdue.
You agree to provide accurate project information, timely feedback, safe site access when on-site work is needed, and any required approvals for installation or modification of equipment or property.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, custom designs and documentation created for your project are licensed to you for use with that project after full payment. We may reuse general methods, know-how, and non-confidential techniques in other work.
We perform services in a professional manner consistent with industry practice. Except as stated in a project agreement, services and website content are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to the website or services is limited to the fees you paid us for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious content, or use the site for unlawful purposes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
